Paul Graham Appointed New CEO at QIBN

The Queensland Indigenous Business Network (QIBN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Graham as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking an important milestone for the organisation as it continues to strengthen its role as a statewide representative body supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses across Queensland.

About Paul Graham

As a proud descendant of the Gangalidda people, Paul Graham brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across the corporate, education and not-for-profit sectors. A Chartered Accountant and accomplished executive, Paul has built a strong reputation for leading organisational growth, strengthening governance, delivering financial sustainability, and building high-performing teams. His experience spans executive leadership, strategic transformation, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development, with a demonstrated ability to work closely with Boards, government, industry and community to deliver meaningful and measurable outcomes. 

Paul has held senior leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Childcare Alliance (Qld), Director of Operations at St John’s College at the University of Queensland, and a range of executive and advisory roles across private enterprise and consulting. He also brings strong alignment with QIBN’s purpose through his work supporting Indigenous organisations, developing enterprise and employment pathways, strengthening governance, and building partnerships that create long-term value for communities and organisations alike.
